Bike Lights Are Cheap, Effective and Required by Law – so How Come Nobody Uses Them?

Biking without a light at night is like choosing to forgo your seatbelt while in a car: Lighting up is simple, takes no time, and could make a massive difference when push comes to shove. Or when a car decides to blitz that red light just as you're easing into the intersection.
